The process of building works is carefully managed by your Project Manager and will be detailed precisely regarding dates and times when the process will take place.
Work will begin on the day provided when we will arrive and dig the foundations. If necessary, we will adjust the drains and lay rainwater soakaways.
Our bricklayers will build any masonry walls required whilst plans for 1st fix electrics are organised. If it is part of your scheme to knock through existing walls, our builders will do this with minimal fuss and mess to ensure your building is protected from the elements.
This process is scheduled carefully to ensure the next stage can be started as soon as building works are completed.
